Catholic Action Center 

The CAC provides food, shelter, clothing, toiletries, connections to social service agencies, and daily prayer services for the marginalized and homeless in Lexington. Parishioners may provide service or resources individually by contacting the CAC. Ministry/service teams from Christ the King provide support by organizing annual drives to collect resources for the CAC.

Volunteers:
Parishioners committed to serve once a month at the CAC and assist in matching CAC’s most urgent needs with ministry/service groups and CKS groups.

Commitment:
Annual, once monthly. Four persons rotate in contacting/visiting/serving at CAC weekly, determining needs, and relaying that info to team leader, who coordinates specific needs with CTK’s various service/ministry teams.
