"I find great peace in thinking of the time when the Lord will call me from life to Life! when the moment of our definitive "passage" comes, grant that we may face it with serenity, without regret for what we shall leave behind." - St. John Paull II

Consider joining the group of parishioners who have committed to including Christ the King in their will or estate plan. Establishing a planned gift now allows you to direct your assets where you, in consultation with God the Father, want them to make the biggest impact. Your weekly, monthly, or yearly offertory gift is something that the parish relies on to carry out the mission to make disciples, to fund ministries and to be Christ to others.
We are available to sit down with you and customize a giving plan that is meaningful to you and life sustaining for us. You may be invlolved in music ministries and want to see that ministry endowed for future generations. You may want to fund a youth service project or mission trip. You may want to invest in our endowment fund which supports tuition assistance at Christ the King School. All inquiries are kept in complete confidence. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
There are many ways to give to Christ the King:
1. Bequests: A bequest is nothing more than a line in your will or trust that directs a portion of your assets be given to the church or a specific ministry within the church. You may give a percentage of your estate or you may give a specific amount. you may give a part or all of your residual estate (after all your beneficaries have received their portion). Or you may specify a gift of property such as real estate, stocks, or any tangible personal property.
2. Capital Assets: You can realize significant advantages through a gift of land, stock, or other assets which have been held for at least a year and have appreciated in value. The donor pays no tax on such gifts and may deduct the current market value up to the full amount of the deduction allowed by the laws during the tax year.
3. Life Insurance: You can name CTK as the primary or contingent beneficiary of an existing or new life insurance policy. This can be particularly applicable in situations where there is only one logical beneficiary, or where insurance is used to fund a supplemental retirement benefit and the death benefit is not needed to support a family member.
