** CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni 4 cups cooked chicken, cut up 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 3 cans cream of chicken soup 1 soup can water 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Spray large foil pan with Pam. Boil macaroni until tender and drain. Combine macaroni, chicken, vegetables, water, soup, and Mrs. Dash. Mix well. Pour into pan. Cover with foil, label.
** CHILI-CON-CARNE 3 lbs. ground beef 3 onions, chopped 3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans 2 (10-1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped 3 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. chili powder Spray large foil pan with Pam. Brown ground beef and onion in microwave; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients and cook on low power for 15 min. Pour into pan. Cover with foil, label.

Microwave ground beef and onion until done; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT noodles and cheese; cook on low power for 10 min. Cook noodles according to directions; drain. Combine noodles and cooked sauce. Pour into pan. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil, label.

Prepare macaroni according to directions; drain. Add chili and tomato soup. Microwave ground beef and onions until done; drain. Combine with other mixture. Pour into pan. Cover with foil, label.
** MOSTACCIOLI MOSTA 4 lbs. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 3 (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ground oregano 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli 8 oz. mozzarella cheese Spray large foil pan with Pam. Microwave ground beef and onions until done; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano; cook on low for 10 min. Prepare mostaccioli according to directions; drain. Combine meat mixture and mostaccioli. Pour into pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil, label.
